Annually, the Wills, Trusts and Estates Certification Exam Review Course Committee coordinates a two-day, advanced-level seminar designed to assist those preparing for the certification exam and those wanting a comprehensive review of federal and state laws that affect a wills, trusts and estates practice.
Next Committee Meeting: The committee will meet in conjunction with the next Section meeting, scheduled for November 3 – November 7, 2021, at the Luminary Hotel & Co.

Anticipated Course Date: The anticipated dates for the 2022 presentation are April 8-9, 2022, at the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport.

The correct exam format is as follows:
Session 1 of the exam will contain 2 essay questions, worth 24 points each.
Session 2 of the exam will contain 2 essay questions, worth 24 points each.
Session 3 of the exam will contain 2 essay questions, worth 24 points each.
Session 4 of the exam will contain 58 multiple-choice questions, worth 1 point each.
The passing standard for this examination is 70%.
