Advanced Real Estate Law and Certification Review Course

The Advanced Real Estate Law Course and Certification Review Academy Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar annually sponsors the Advanced Real Estate Law Course & Certification Review Academy.

The Advanced Real Estate Law course is intended to assist practitioners seeking to review or refresh on a broad scope of advanced real estate topics and those preparing to take the Real Estate Law certification exam.

The 2026 course will place at the Orlando Airport Hyatt on March 20th and 21st of 2026. This is the link to register for the 2026 seminar

 In addition to the Advanced Real Estate Law course the Committee provides a seperate course to help candidates understand and prepare for the Real Property Certification exam (the "Academy).  The Academy is presented by zoom using materials online at the Florida Bar website (https://www.floridabar.org/about/cert/cert-applications-and-requirements/cert-re/) to review the structure of the exam and the sample questions. The Academy, is free and is not for credit.  For those participating the date and time for the Academy will occur in online sessions on February 20th and 27th. 
 

The Advanced Real Estate Law course and the Academy are developed and conducted without any involvement or endorsement by the BLSE and/or Certification committee. Candidates for certification who take this course should not assume that the course material will cover all topics on the examination or that the examination will cover all topics in the course material.
