Mission Statement
: The purpose of the Insurance and Surety Committee (ISC) is to educate the RPPTL Section of the Florida Bar on insurance, surety, and risk management issues. The ISC seeks to grow its membership to include those whose practices focus on insurance coverage counseling and disputes including first-party claims, third-party claims, bad faith, and risk transfer. The ultimate goal of the ISC is to obtain a Florida Bar Board Certification for Insurance Coverage Law.
