Legislative Update

Please join us at the iconic Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida on August 21, 2025 for the 45th Annual RPPTL Legislative and Caselaw Update. Topics will include current case law and legislation affecting real property, probate, trust, guardianship and construction law.

The mission of the 2025 Legislative Update Committee is to organize and coordinate the delivery of a continuing legal education program for the benefit of the members of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and The Florida Bar, which enables attendees to stay current on changes in Florida statutory laws, as well as recent court decisions. The Committee will identify new laws passed by the U.S. Legislature and the 2025 Florida Legislature that the committee believes are of the greatest interest to attorneys practicing in the fields of real property, estates, trusts, construction, guardianships and estate planning, as well as select presenters to relay the information to program attendees. 8 hours of CLE credit (including ethics credits) and a continental breakfast are included in the seminar fee.
