The Real Property Litigation committee serves real estate litigators and transactional lawyers by providing cutting edge information about recent case law development, proposed and newly adopted legislation and revisions to the rules of practice. The committee provides an in-depth review of significant case law development through its innovative "Case of the Quarter" presentation at each meeting. Our active list serve and participation in webinars give litigation and transactional attorneys insights that they can use to improve their practice. The committee also provides analysis and commentary on proposed legislation, which affects real property law.
